When to attend a mental health professional?

Depending on how you feel or what you want to do as a change in your life, this motivates you to take a step in that direction. The best time is when you feel ready. However, we have often noticed that there are clients who have delayed too much the visit to a specialist and when they come to us they are in a very difficult state. Therefore, it is better to come earlier so the treatment can be faster and more successful. Also if you have a referral or advice from another mental health professional, doctor or friend it might be a good idea to listen to them.

Does online therapy or online coaching have the same effect as face to face meeting?

Modern technologies simplify our life and are very helpful. Online interventions save time, money and is becoming an increasingly preferred option. Modern scientific research shows that it has the same effect as if it is conducted as face to face with clients.

Can I make an appointment at any time?

To make an appointment, please send us an email in the registration form or call us to discuss when we have free slots.

What are the prices of your services?

Can I pay by instalments?

We only accept direct payments at the moment.

Can I pay after a session?

Unfortunately not. Your booking is considered for complete if you have made a prepayment. Click on the fees section for more instructions.

Can I pay in BGN or EUR?

Yes, you can, but you need to contact us to tell you how to do it

I have health insurance, can I use it as a payment?

Unfortunately, we do not work with insurance companies. However, if you have Solicitor or Medical Agency and they would like to provide you with our services, then your insurance may be used. Contact them about how to do it.

Do you issue a receipt or invoice for the sessions?

Yes we do. Usually, it is sent by email or SMS.

Do you prepare reports for court?

No. We currently do not issue such reports, but we are considering such possibility in the future.

Is the information i share with you kept confidential ?

Yes, the information you share with us is confidential and securely stored in our data base.

Can you provide me with a referral for another specialist?

Yes, we can. We will be happy to refer you to another professional accordingly. Please, feel free to give us a call!

Do you work with clients from another countries or the European Union?

Yes we do. Contact us to book the appointment according to your time zone.

What languages do you conduct your services on?

We speak, English, Portuguese and Bulgarian.
