Mr. Ivaylo Petrov

Mr. Ivaylo Petrov- BSc, BA, MSc, CPsychol, AFBPsS, MISCP. I am the  founder of The Steady Sense Clinic. I have international career as psychologist and coach spanning the UK, Bulgaria and Brazil. I am an experienced Chartered Psychologist* and Associate Fellow ** of the British Psychological Society(BPS) who has specialized in Clinical Psychology and numerous psychotherapies. As registered with BPS UK, I am also registered Psychologist with BPS Bulgaria and Coaching Psychologist MISCP with ISCP. I am also  fully qualified Cognitive
Behavioural Therapist and hold additional numerous certificates and training  such as Primary Certificate in REBT&Counselling, ISST Approved Foundational Certificates in Schema Therapy;:Certificate in CBT- Essentials of CBT: The Beck Approach from Beck Institute; Advanced ACT training; Foundation Level in Systemic and Family Therapy-AFT  Motivational Interviewing and have extensive training in Interactional Helping Model developed by Lawrence Shulman. I have expertise in assessing, treating and coaching adolescents and adults. 


As Member of BPS UK, ISST and BPS Bulgaria I am adhered to their Code of Practice 

I enjoy writing, poetry, walking outdoors and fishing. I speak fluently English, Portuguese, Bulgarian and use Russian. 
* The title of Chartered Psychologist is given to relevant supervised training and experience undertaken outside the UK equivalent to UK professional doctorate level. It is legally recognised in UK and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise. It is British Psychological Society standard, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and high ethical standards of practice, teaching and research.

 Mrs Patricia Williams-Petrov
Mrs Patricia Williams-Petrov, BSc, MSc, MBPsS. Psychologist graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
In 2007, she obtained  a master's degree in Community Psychosociology and Social Ecology (EICOSlUFRJ) and conducted a research in the area of ​​Youth, Health Promotion, Education, Sexuality, and family. Patricia worked in the clinical and educational area using a holistic view emphasizing  biopsychosocial aspects in her interventions. She has extensive experience, international practice and expanded her career from Brazil to the United Kingdom. Patricia specialized in working with children and adolescents, first-time mothers, counseling for parents and families. Clinically she uses the Person-Centered approach and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and continuously develops her therapeutic skills and interventions. She is author of several academic studies such as 'Youth and social participation: poor youth in the social, community and political context of Rio de Janeiro', '' Guidelines for comprehensive health care for adolescents, both sexes, victims of sexual violence in primary care. ”,“ Social Disparities: the HIV / AIDS epidemic as a social determinant of health ”. She likes sharing her passion in Science, Psychology and Education with others.

Patricia is passionate about developing people's potential, helping them stay positive, as well as  improving their well-being and performance.

She is fluent in English and Portuguese.

She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) in the United Kingdom (UK), which recognized her training in Brazil and awarded her the title of MBPsS member. She  follows the Code of Ethics of psychologists in UK and Brazil. 
She is registered CRP Brazilian Psychologist -05/34123.
