Depression
Depression is characterized by a common sense of fatigue, feeling of hopelessness, sleeping problems, deep sadness, loss of a sense of life, and in some cases with suicidal thoughts. People suffering from depression might not see a future and a hope, they cannot concentrate on what they do and lose desire to do anything.CBT/REBT is an effective method of treating depression. Complemented by physical exercise or walks in nature, it can elevate the sense of hope and happiness.
